System Reporting
The System reports contains information about the overall usage of Therapy Manager by users, and can display essential information such as which patient records have been printed or downloaded to assist in clinical compliance.
Overall System Usage
- Displays total number of patient records in the system
- Total number of Appoinments is shown, broken down into patient-related and non-patient-related
- Shows total registered Patient, Referral and Discharge numbers
- Details user and resource numbers
Logins, Downloads and Printing
- Total number of logins to the system broken down by clinician
- Displays the date and detaills of patients with printed records
- Details of all patients downloaded to a secure offline database is displayed
