Initial Assessment

Before you do anything with our software we will provide you with first-hand evidence of the results produced by Therapy Manager.

We will arrange for up to three members of your team to see the software in action in a live clinical environment.

Benefits Assessment

We understand that clinical time is your most valuable asset so before you commit resource to an On-Site evaluation we’ll work with you to understand what the potential upside would be if you successfully deployed Therapy Manager.

On-site Evaluation

To really validate the capabilities of Therapy Manager you need to road-test it in your own environment.

We’ll provide you with a fully functioning version of the software for use within a small team of Therapists (up to 10 users).

We’ll provide initial training, technical project management and ongoing support throughout the pilot process.

In return, we will expect you to:

• thoroughly identify the clinical and business objectives of the pilot
• facilitate early engagement with the clinical team (participating in the pilot)
• assign a clinical project manager to identify day to day operational issues and process blockages
• assign a senior project sponsor that can help proactively resolve operational challenges and unblock process issues

Business Case

Having invested the time and effort in an On-Site Evaluation we want you to get the most from it. We’ll work with you to pull all the findings together from the pilot into a coherent business case.
