Performance Reporting

The Performance reports in Therapy Manager provide you with detailed insights into the performance of your team. They provide Operational Managers with a clear understanding of clinical productivity and the drivers of performance.

Appointments by Status

Appointments by Status

  • Displays the total number of Appointments for a set time
  • Total numbers and percentages are displayed for each Appointment Status (i.e. "Booked", "Complete" and "DNA")
  • Break down of figures by Appointment Type (i.e. "New" and "Follow-up")
  • Displays a count of different Appointment types broken down by individual Clinician

Direct face-to-face Contacts

  • Comparison of "actual" versus "scheduled" duration time
  • Break down of comparison by Clinician and Appointment Type
  • Generates a "New:Review" ratio for each service
  • Contacts broken down by Referral Source and individual patient
Cross-service Activity against Targets

Cross-service Activity against Targets

  • Total number of patient contacts plotted on a chart at monthly intervals
  • Actual and target activity compared for yearly contacts to highlight fluctuations
  • Activity recorded in hour per week for whole teams and by Clinician
Referrals and Discharges

Referrals and Discharges

  • Number of referrals plotted on a chart and compared with monthly and annual targets
  • Number of Discharges performed collated by clinician
