Key Performance Indicators
The Dashboard within Therapy Manager’s Reporting suite contains a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which provide an overall view of each service
Dashboard
- Displays actual numbers of Referrals and Contacts by month and year
- Comparison with monthly and annual targets defined for separate services
- Normalised targets shows MTD (Month to Date) and YTD (Year to Date) Referral targets
- Percentage in variance reflects the differences in Referrals and Contacts from the normalised target
- Colour-coded Waiting List section stratifies patients by number of weeks waiting
