Referrals by Source
- Displays the total number of referrals for each service
- Referrals from within each directorate are displayed as a percentage of the total
- Drills down into the number of referrals for individual referrers and consultants
Cost of Care
- The total and average number of contacts and cost is displayed by Referral Keyword
- Cost of individual contacts is broken down by patient
- Costs of care are broken down by budget code
