Clinical Notes
Therapy Manager provides a simple but highly functional clinical
notes tool.
Time stamping & Auto-Sign off
- Ensures that there is a Read-only record of the name of the clinician that completed the notes
- Stores the exact time and date the notes were completed
- Notes cannot be modified after midnight on the day of completion
- Ensures that all completed notes are fully compliant with HPC guidelines
Abbreviations & Medications
- Quickly insert and auto-expand Trust-approved abbreviations from a drop-down menu
- Use of Keyboard shortcuts
- Avoid mis-spelling of Medications from drop-down menus and keyboard shortcuts
Templates & Images
- Create standard templates (e.g. SOAP Notes) to avoid the need for clinicians and administrators to continually re-key the same text
- Easily insert images or scans directly into the notes
- Easily annotate images with adjustable pixel width and colour for annotation to ensure precision
History & Preview
- Write up notes whilst simultaneously referring to written history (personal or by other colleagues)
- View the history of all clinical notes by clinician, time and date created
